Kaezad Setna

In 1994, Creative Retirement Systems, Inc. hired Kaezad fresh out of college. His educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in actuarial sciences from the University of Iowa. Kaezad has also successfully completed various levels of the professional courses offered by the Society of Actuaries.
He brilliantly made partner in 2000 and was awarded the notorious honor of becoming the firm’s Managing Partner just 8 short years later. In addition to his achievements, Kaezad is the co-founder of Optimal Office Solutions, Inc., which reigned one of the industry’s leading software companies in the country. Optimal Office successfully developed, marketed and customized Client Management Software systems to subsidiary TPA firms across the nation.
Kaezad has been serving on the TPA Advisory Board for Transamerica for several years and he is a former Board Member for Hartford Life Insurance Company and Standard Insurance Company.
Kaezad is an avid golfer, a loving family man and is passionate about good food and travel. He resides in Mason, Ohio, with his wife, Phiroza, two sons, Shane and Darius, and dog Boomer.
